By the Commissioners for executing the Office of Lord High Admiral of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Ireland, &c.
Whereas we deem it expedient that the Vessels belonging to the " WESTERN YACHT CLUB" of Ireland shall be permitted to wear the distinguishing Flags described on the other side hereof; We do therefore, by virtue of the power and authority vested in us, hereby warrant and authorize the said Flags to be worn on board the respective Vessels belonging to the" WESTERN YACHT CLUB" accordingly.
Given under our Hands and the Seal of the Office of
Admiralty, the 6th February, 1832.
