Notes:
1. Participants, Supporters and Dinghies will be arriving all through Wednesday 21st Feb. Dinghies will be left in Kilrush and Participants / Supporters are being accommodated in Kilkee.

2. Thursday 22nd Feb. is a full racing day as are Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th Feb.

3. Sunday 25th Feb is only a racing day if for some reason - weather or otherwise - the competition could not be completed on the previous racing days.

4. It is requested that all persons mentioned above be at the Marina Centre at 0945 hours each day as courses have to be laid etc… before racing can commence. The earlier we start in the mornings the earlier we finish each evening.

5. Where there are too many helpers of a morning, the persons with other pressures can go about their business or split shifts can be arranged. It is however very important that all persons would turn up each morning.

6. Jobs for the day will be assigned first thing each morning and persons will be facilitated as best possible.
